What technology is used in the Trim Technik heated seat system?
The heating elements use carbon filament technology, this matches the original equipment and ensures quick warm up times.
Can the Trim Technik heated seat system be fitted to cloth seats?
Yes – Our heated seat system can be retro fitted to existing cloth or leather seats or fitted as part of a leather interior installation.
Where do you site the controls for the heated seats?
We usually mount the heated seat switch on the base of the seat in an easily accessible position.
Is your heated seat system the same as original equipment systems?
It is very similar. We use the same carbon filament technology for the heating elements just like OE. Our 3 stage electronic switch is modelled on a design used extensively in Original Equipment systems.
Do you fit heated seats on site?
YES – Heated seats can usually be fitted on site in one day.
